Download of STM32H7B3I DK failed in TouchGFX version 4.21.1

Hello @stefanHriellström​,

I just succeeded to download it on my computer, with the same version.

Did you check your internet connection ? If you don't have internet, or if TouchGFXDesigner cannot access to the server to download the TouchGFX Board setups, a red warning triangle should appear on the top left corner of the home screen.

I have checked from my side and I cannot reproduce this issue.

I recommend you to follow properly the steps as described in this MOOC.

Also, I advise you to take a look at this article.

Other tested board setups was OK to download.

STM32H7B3I DK >> Download of STM32H7B3I DK failed

STM32H7B3I Evulation >> Download 100%, OK

Internet is OK!

Can you provide screenshots please ? And also share the .log file located at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\TouchGFX-4.21.1\TouchGFXDesigner.log.

Can you please try to create a project with STM32F746G-DISCO ? And let me know how it goes.

It went well to create a project with STM32F746G-DISCO

Then close TouchGFXDesigner, go to "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming", and delete the TouchGFX-4.21.1 folder. After that open TouchGFXDesigner 4.21.1 again, wait 1-2 minutes and try again with H7B3-DK.
