Bug in GraphLabels.cpp, function GraphLabelsBase::formatLabel

Dear Sirs,

I found an error in function GraphLabelsBase::formatLabel in cpp file GraphLabels.cpp (version 4.15) When decimal is 1 and remainder is xx.96, after rounding of remainder 9 will increase to 10 and gives a colon (:) instead of a 0.

Hope you can fix this error in future releases.
