Ah, i found the problem.

We changed the package manager to run on http:// and not https://. I've updated the article to reflect that, but here's the direct link.

Edit: I can only see a simulator template on Touchgfx designer . I guess the broken URL is the reason.

same issue here also. perhaps the server is down. (didn't realize it was dependent on the internet for those...)

Hi @Ebby​ and @Bob Bailey​ yes this is the issue, the server seems to be down. We are working on it sorry.

Here is the link for now http://sw-center-st-com.s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/touchgfx/pacman/packages.json.zip . Once you download the zip files/tpa you can add them to designer following this article.

EDIT: it seems to still not be working, but we are working on it...

Thanks Romain. There are many older help documents that were hosted at zendesk urls. Can they be reposted or fixed? Otherwise each will raise the same errors.

There is something wrong with the redirect from packages.touchgfx.com to the package server (which is up). I'm working on resolving the issue with a team from ST.

If you let us know here which packages you need, Romain will provide the direct links :) And you can install those directly into the designer . Right @Romain DIELEMAN​  ?
