Dear ST Team,

I am writing to follow up on my request for access to the STM32TRUSTEE-SM (Secure Manager) resources. I submitted my request several weeks ago, but I have not yet received any update, approval notification, or access instructions.

Could you please check the status of my request and help expedite the approval process? If any additional information or action is required from my side, please let me know.

The product page I am referring to is:

https://www.st.com/en/embedded-software/stm32trustee-sm.html

Thank you for your support. I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

RJ

Hi  @RJJ ,

Thank you for the notification. There is indeed an issue with the approval process for this software. Our technical team is actively working to remediate the problem.

In the meantime, I advise you to open a ticket in the ST online support (OLS) so that your request could be served and approved manually. In case information provided are OK, you will receive the requested software through the OLS ticket.

We sincerely apologize for that issue and will communicate to you when it is fixed.

Best regards

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

Hello @RJJ , all,

I have good news for you. The issue related to the software download request approval flow has been fixed.
You should be able to request again this software from st.com. Your request will be processed and, shortly after, you should receive an email with the download link.

We are sorry for this issue that may have affected your work.

Best regards
