Where can I find PSRAM or other memory that can be connected to STM32H7 using the flexible memory controller?

I suggest STM32H743I-EVAL or STM32H753I-EVAL, it features SRAM, SDRAM, NOR Flash memory and Twin Quad-SPI Flash memory using flexible memory controller (FMC), for more details you can refer to Evaluation board user manual UM2198.

Thanks for the help. Now I have a STM32H753I-EVAL. It's a great way to learn about programming the FMC. My next step will be to try different additional external memory chips. Is there some document that gives guidance for making a daughterboard? Are there daughterboards for sale?
