http://www.st.com/stonline/stappl/resourceSelector/app?page=resourceSelector&doctype=SW_DRIVER&FamilyID=141

You need to unzip the driver and you will see VCP_V1.3.1_Setup_x64.exe

This link brings me to a selection grid with an error message.  I must say, everything about this website is overly difficult.  Your web links that come with the purchased hardware redirect back to the main page.  www.st.com/mems is no longer valid.

The instructions from UM0979 mention this being in the DRIVER folder, of which there is none.  I found this through searching, and neither link brings me to the driver.

The site was updated within the last month, old hard links will almost certainly fail.

This is V1.3.1 from my share
