And how should I configure this pin?

MISO is Input Pull Up

CLOCK and MOSI are Alternate Function Push Pull 

CS is Output Push Pull

and CD is ???????????

CD = Card Detect

Usually a switch like structure in the socket/slot, to indicate the presence, insertion, removal, or lack of card.
