What is the different between STM32F407VGT6U and STM32F407VGT6?

I bought a STM32F407 Discovery Board, the MCU on the board is STM32F407VGT6U. But I can't find this part number in the market, I can only find STM32F407VGT6. What is the different between STM32F407VGT6U and STM32F407VGT6? Can STM32F407VGT6 directly replace STM32F407VGT6U? Thanks for your help.

This chip is supposed to be preprogrammed with a Java firmware:

Strange it occurs on a Disco board. Is this a genuine DISCO or some copy? Can you please post a photo of it?

It is just a normal STM32F407 Discovery Board that bought from the ST website. Please see the picture.

Perhaps a shelf hugger re-usage ?
