What is the difference betweenSTM32L151CBU6 and STM32L151CBU6A? What does that letter A meas?

We did not find any relevant information in the datasheets.

STM32L151CBU6A is based on an improved die compared to the STM32L151CBU6, the differences can be found in both datasheets already on page 1: 32KB SRAM instead of 16KB, slightly better power consumption (except for standby + RTC), etc.

Please note, however, that both are on status NRND and have a finite long-term availability.
