What is the default pin config for a GPIO that has not been tampered with in FW? When I measure the pin I see about 340mV.

For floating pin 340mV seems high (for 10M input DVM )

Repeat measurement referenced to VDD

Most pins are floating input. Pins used for SWD/JTAG are in those modes by default.
