Really you should work through a local sales office, and establish contacts that way.

The 7 is a Temperature rating

You should perhaps look at the 10-Year commitment statement on the STM32 parts/families of interest, and how far those extend into the future.

Generally I would be wary of such promises as many factors may impact the viability/availability of parts, if not for business reasons, one might consider the impact of natural disasters (earthquakes, fire, flood at facilities) and geo-political events.
