we have buy a STM32F205RFT6 but the top mark is indicate STM32F205RET6, i think i have recieve the STM32F205RET6 référence instead STM32F205RFT6. Isn't it?

How do you expect this forum to help?

You need to take this up with your supplier, if you think it's an unacceptable substitute

Or are you just asking what's the difference between STM32F205RFT6 and STM32F205RET6 ?

Again, if you think your supplier has sent you the wrong part, then you need to take that up with them.

Was it a reputable supplier...?

Or, if your not sure about the markings, and want confirmation of what you think you're seeing, then you need to post some good, clear, in-focus pictures of what you have - we can't see it any other way!
