VREF+ Pin on STM32F103RCY6 (WLCSP64 Package)

I have a question regarding the VREF+ Pin in the above mentioned device.

The datasheet DS5792 Rev 13 of the STM32F103xC devices states on page 36:

" Unlike in the LQFP64 package, there is no PC3 in the WLCSP package. The VREF+ functionality is provided instead."

In the reference manual RM0008 Rev 20 on page 68:

"On 64-pin packages and packages with less pins

The VREF+ and VREF- pins are not available, they are internally connected to the ADC

voltage supply (VDDA) and ground (VSSA)."

Can VDDA supply voltage be used on the WLCSP64 devices by internal connection as reference voltage? How can this be done?

I have simular question. However I have found in RM0008 Rev 21 that "1. VDDA and VSSA have to be connected to VDD and VSS, respectively".

I am not sure is it possibe to do something or not. Any Ideas?
