Virtual Com Port Driver Issue in USB(user usb)

Hi, i am using STM32L476VG DISCOVERY board ,i am try to connect VCP(virtual com port ) user USB to PC(win XP & win 7) i also installed virtual com port  driver from STM website (en.stsw-stm32102) but my board(user USB)  is not detect in PC device manage ,i am following same steps what they mention in installation file  that driver files also show in this path C:\Program Files\STMicroelectronics\Software\Virtual comport driver.Any changes i need to do in  DISCOVERY board hardware level ,................................PLEASE REPLY ME...................... i tried many time but no one reply me.

Hi  thanking you for gave reply..Why we need to Disable VBUS_Sensing.   Please give reply
