USB Port Com Driver STM32F070 not detected after enter the program

Hi, Everyone!

I'm working on project ie usb otg communication with STM32F At first, usb virtual com port driver (COM4) was detected in Device Manager. But after I enter the program, the usb virtual com port driver is suddenly not detected at all in Device Manager. To be detected again, I tried to remove the program on STM32F070 board using STM-ST LINK Utility. However the usb virtual com port driver was still undetectable anymore. Is there any suggestion from all of you, what shoud I do? As an illustration, I'm attaching some pictures related
