USART HalfDuplex (Rx/Tx) and Rx Funktion

Hello,

is it possible to use one USART in HalfDuplexMode (Rx and Tx via Tx Pin) AND the Rx Pin of the same USART to receive another stream?

Some how I think it would be very hard to manage, and not lose data.
