Updating Keil to StdPeriph 3.1.2

How does one go about updating Keil 3.x to the StdPeriph 3.1.2?

From what I can tell, unless I am missing something, the MigrationScript is for projects only.

The Library has nothing to do with Keil itself - it is part of the project!

You just need to set your project to point to whichever version of the library you want to use.
