Unable to connect to STM32L151 devices

After powering STM32L151V8T6A device, I can't connect to the device. I try to connect by SWD or JTAG without success. Connect under reset doesn’t help. How can I connect the device?

What tools are you trying to connect with, i.e. what hardware debugger and software are you using?

Hello,

I am using the STLINK-V3 and the STM32CubeIDE Version: 1.11.2. For the debug proge, I use the ST-LINK GDB server.
