I would like to purchase an evaluation board based on cortex-m3 processor, then I google ''arm-cm3 board'' and found a board: Embest STM32F103ZE ARM-CM3 board, but I don't know whether it is good or not, does anybody ever use this board before? If so, please give me some advices.Thank you.

Remember to also google ''Cortex-M3'' in full.

And, if you specifically want STM32, then google that; there are now many other Cortex-M3 devices on the market - not just STM32!

What do you think might be ''bad'' about it?

You need to think about why you want an ''evaluation board'' - what, specifically do you want to do with it?

Once you're clear on what your requirements are, then you can determine whether any particular board meets your specific requirements!
