Some of the comments about enabling/disabling don't seem to be consistent with what you're doing to the register bits. Could you please at least make them coherent with each other?

I agree with you, my comment is not consistent and it wrong for a programmer comment to be inconsistent.I have to improve and take time to comment my code..
