Timer in STM32L071 works correctly in Debug mode but incorrectly in Run mode

Hello,

I designed a board using STM32L071KZU6. I am using HAL_TIM_Base. The timer works correctly in Debug mode. But when I use run mode without debug, the timer takes longer. (I set 5s but it is 1-2 min). What problem with it? Please review attached file with my configuration timer and clock.
