the st mcu I purchased from smt factory have different markings following the positioning holes. why? STM32F103RCT6

I purchased two batches of devicess from the same supplier, different positioning holes on them, and the markings seem to be different. Is that normal? Has anyone purchased components from this  OnePcba Co., Limited smt factory

The tooling for different plastic molding equipment at different plants is normal.

The zero mark and ejector marks can be quite different.

Both these look reasonable.

The IC are diffused at different fabs, and packaged/tested at different plants
