switch Erase full chip in Keil

I have a problem when I activate the micro-switch Erase full chip in Keil

And I get this error :Error: Flash Download failed  -  Target DLL has been cancelled

my chip is lpc1768

my prgramer is j_link 8...

please help me.....

This isn't a Keil or NXP forum...

Make sure you have the correct Flash Algorithm selected for your part.

Check SWD/JTAG selection.

Check ''Connect Under Reset'' options.

Check power and boot modes.
