STM32w_rfControl board and SW3 SW4 SW5

Im having trouble getting the 3 switched SW3, SW4 and SW5 to read anything other that '1'

I have walked through the init code and all 5 of the buttons gpio definitions are seemingly setup via the low level routines, SW1 and SW2 are intrrupt enabled and work, but no matter what i try, read the portB, read using the routines in the source which are provided i get a '1'

Any help, any pointers
