STM32L5: what is the difference between the Ibis packages _p &_q ?

I'm Using STM32l552QE MCU, so downloaded the ibis model of that MCU,But i found that the same packages are differentiated with _p &_q( stm32l552_562_ufbga132_p,stm32l552_562_ufbga132 & stm32l552_562_ufbga132_q).Kindly help me to know difference.

stm32l552_562_ufbga132,stm32l552_562_ufbga132_p.ibs,stm32l552_562_ufbga132_q.ibs are the models.I have tried checking but, i couldn't find the difference.Kindly help me to know the difference.

The difference between P & Q:

• "P" means : external SMPS
• "Q" means : internal SMPS step-down converter

Hi ,

There is also pacakge

"stm32l552_562_ufbga132" means: whether can be used as both the external and internal SMPS? Correct me if i'm wrong.

Hope for the "STM32L552" series the package "stm32l552_562_ufbga132_q" can be used, since the feature of this series is SMPS step-down converter mode.

Kindly please help to know.
