STM32L496xx ADC accuracy specification (Datasheet 11585 Rev 15 page 189). The errors specified with the unit "LSB", does that count for 12 bit resolution? E.g. maximum offset error is 2.5 LSB12?

Yes, it is. They should have noted 12-bit conversions in the "Conditions" panel, but didn't.
