STM32L476RG VREF 2.5V to AD?

Can someone tell me why I cannot set the AD VREF+ to 2.5V?

Your package doesn't have a dedicated VREF+ pin. From the datasheet:

The VREF+ pin is double-bonded with VDDA on some packages. In these packages the internal voltage reference buffer is not available.

The datasheet shows pin 13 is VDDA/VREF+.
