[STM32L4] [RTC] RTC adds a delay of 1 second when RESET is give to the board

Hi,

We are using STM32L4. We observed that whenever we give RESET (nRST) to the board, the RTC adds a delay of 1 second.

This behavior is consistent.

RTC is using clock from LSE (RCC_OSCILLATORTYPE_LSE) and also has VBAT (3V) to preserve the RTC Timings.

Please advice.
