what do you mean with "download ISP with one click"?

Are you referring to Flashing the firmware trough an ISP with one click?

Could you explain what do you mean with one click? Do you mean updating the firmware with ST-LINK?

It is recommended to consult the datasheet for the specific programming tool you are using for more information on how to connect it to the microcontroller depending on your hardware setup.

Note that these products are no longer recommended for new design. Only to support customers ongoing production.
