STM32L071RBT6 is in use. There seems to be a TTL port and a CMOS port, but where is the description of which port is TTL and which port is CMOS? Also, how should I switch when all ports support TTL and CMOS?

Are you sure it's just not accommodative of VIL/VIH for either?

Data Sheet would be controlling document for pins, levels, expectations, etc.
