STM32L053 HSE Crystal Datasheet/User Manual Discrepancy

Page 74 of the STM32L053x6 x8 datasheet states the max crystal resonator oscillator frequency is 25 MHz (also stated right on the page 1 summary).

Page 178 of the Reference Manual (RM0367) states the max crystal resonator oscillator frequency is 24 MHz.

STM32CubeMX limits the HSE crystal frequency to 24 MHz.

Which one is correct?
