STM32L031 LQFP32 pinout is wrong

Both pins 2 and 3 are incorrectly described:

• pin 2 is PC14-OSC32_IN
• pin 3 is PC15-OSC32_OUT

Maybe other 'L0xx DS are affected, too; I did not check.
