Erase sector operation is failing for more than 2 sectors
I have attached the code base
ignore trace functionality added for debugging
0x20 function code, (Not clear if the call to erase sector are separate or single call)
write enable, erase command, wait for Busy bit to be cleared

Can someone help to spot the issue

Could you please check your configuration.

I recommend you to look at External QSPI loader how to - STMicroelectronics and get inspired to check the settings.

This github can help you to erase more than 2 sectors.
