STM32H7: The board won't wakeup if SDRAM clock source is PLL2

When we use HCKL for SDRAM everything seems to work well.

But we use PLL2 for SDRAM as clock source, after enter "HAL_PWR_EnterSTOPMode" mode then application free, not wakeup any more.

does anyone have same issue or any hints?
