STM32H7 in TFBGA100 package availability

Hi!

We need H7 with minimum FP. TFBGA100 package are ideal for us, but more than a year after H7 release it is still not available. Any estimate when it will be in stock or is it skipped?

    For roadmap discussions talk to the local sales office or ST rep in your region.

    Wouldn't expect to see packaging options until after 2019Q1, seem to think the die here is pretty large and kinks still being worked out.
