STM32H563VIT6TR voltage rails

I am planning to use STM32H563VIT6TR in my design and all the peripherals (I2C devices, temp sensors, other ASICs) are at 1.8V. Can I use this MCU at 1.8V. Can I connect VDD, VDDA, VREF+, VBAT at 1.8V. I understand VDDUSB is USB and needs to be connected to 3.3V. Could you please confirm if it will work at +1.8V across -40C to +85C temperature.

Hello, Thanks for reply. So what’s verdict. Shall I use 1.8V or not. My board has 1.8V and probably may vary by 5% due to temperature/component variations.

That depends on your power design. You should ensure the VDD voltage doesn’t go below 1.71V. That’s it.

and probably may vary by 5% due to temperature/component variations.

5% is at the voltage limit 1.8V-5% = 1.71V!

Hello @vikask1983 and welcome to the ST community,

As stated in the datasheet:

The minimum VDD level required is 1.71V / across the full temperature range.

But be careful at 1.8 V nominal, your margin above the retrieved VDD minimum of 1.71 V is only 90 mV.
So the documentation supports 1.8 V operation, but your board-level regulator tolerance, drop, ripple, and worst-case conditions must still keep VDD above 1.71 V across the full operating range.

Hi,

I want my schematic to be reviewed by ST. Please let me know to which email ID I should send it.

Thanks
