STM32H523CET Top Marking: Country of Origin clarification ?

COO DetailsTop Marking

We are experiencing critical issues with the COO data provided for STM32H5 series MCUs. There is a persistent mismatch between the website (non-China), the physical chip markings (CHN), and the final invoices.

If this is not country of origin "CHN". Please elaborate on what CHN necessarily mean. We need an immediate resolution to ensure our invoices accurately reflect the physical product markings to satisfy Customs requirements. Please advise on the steps to rectify these declarations.
