STM32H part in Digikey stock

But will it stay available and what about other STM32 ICs.

How would anyone know this? Chips are being bought faster than they are being made. It doesn't appear to be changing, seems to be getting worse.

If it's in stock now, and there is a reasonable chance you will need it in the next 1-2 years, I would buy it immediately.
