STM32G474 Multi UART cant work with RingBuffer

I have fail using multi UART while using with the ring buffer,but using the HAL function test

multi uart is fine,i using the Keil c(MDK) complier check and i test if cnacel the HAL_UART_Init(&huart3) or other one is fine ,and i look for other of the stm32 the F series

wont have this issue
