STM32G431KB Nucleo Board A2 not connected to PA3

I have been spending a few hours debugging my STM32G431KB Nucleo USART2 Rx not working and have found that the chip pin PA3 is not wired to the header A2 (or 11). Tx on PA2 (A7/5) works fine.

Am I missing something? I ended having to solder a wire directly to SB12 in order to receive data on that pin (after removing SB12 and SB1)

Do I just have a bad board?

Did you close SB14? Default configuration is off.
