STM32G0B0VET6 Out of stock and more than a year of lead time

I was wondering, despite the 10-year longevity commitment cited on the page of the STM32G0 microcontroller, the STM32G0B0VET6 has basically no more supply worldwide and lead time of more than a year.

Is there a reason for that? Should I move to a more “available” microcontroller?

STM32G0B1 and 0Cx are drop-in compatible.

so the right next move is to switch to the 0C family?

But still, would be interesting to know why this "no stock available"

I suggested you could replace G0B0 with G0B1, G0C0 or G0C1. They are almost the same and all three listed models are pin- and peripheral- backward compatible with G0B0.

STM32C0 is pin-compatible but slightly different from G0, so it’s not 100% drop-in replacement.
