STM32G070 power supply (Switching regulator with a LDO pos regulator is necessary?)

Hi,

I'm using the STM32G070 processor. As power supply a TPS563201 regulator. Is a LDO pos regulator necessary? or just the switching regulator is enough? Is the processor stability or durability reduced due to switching regulator? (I am not using precision ADC input signals).

If you meet the data sheet VDD recommendations you will be fine. Look at one of the Nucleo development boards schematics for decoupling. You can find the schematics under the CAD Tool tab.
