STM32G030C8T6 ADC pins failed

Dear team,

We are using in our Solar charge controller with STM32G030C8T6 mcu with internal Vref calibration. We are getting mostly Input voltage sensing ADC pin PB0, PB1 and PB2 failure either while power on time or after few days of normal working. Due to that we are getting many fields issue for battery charging. request your advice and suggestion to sort it asap.

Check your schematic against the hardware design guidelines.

Check your usage against the ratings specified in the datasheet.

In particular, ensure your charging circuit does not output out of range spikes on ADC pins.

I suspect you cheaped out on hardware, and omitted protectiive elements for analogue inputs.
Record transient EMI events in the field, and review your hardware design.
