STM32F769I Windows 10 USB not detected

I just purchased the STM32F769I discovery board. I am trying to connect my windows 10 machine to the board using the ST_LINK usb connecter on the board, but the USB port does not show up in the device manager. I have installed the STSW driver found at this location :

 , but it has not worked. I have also restarted my machine several times.

Any ideas on how to get this working. Is this a known bug with Windows 10?
