STM32f767 SWD pin Schematic

Hello.. can anyone advise the SWD pin for F767? and how these are connected to F767? PA13 PB3?
 Any schematic will be great !! I'm using it for debugging. Can anyone advise?

PB3 would be the SWO pin for SWV Viewer.

Schematic go to product page and "CAD Resources" tab.

On what board is it?

And swd pins see in Cube or in ds.
