Stm32F7: Wrong default value for FLASH_OPTCR1

Hello,

Rm431/385 and 410 document the value 0xff7f0080 as default value for FLASH_OPTCR1. The high halfword does not make sense and instrction on a new device shows a value of 0x00400080  that does make sense.

Please correct!

I confirm this error for FLASH_OPTCR1 reset value in the RM0431/RM0385 and RM0410 which should be

0x0040 0

I raised internally your feedback to update the related reference manuals in coming release.
