STM32F7: Missing programming description for FLASH_OPTCR1

Hello,

rm 431/385/410 for the STM32F7 series in chapter

3.4.2 Programming user option bytes

does not mention how to programm FLASH_OPTCR1.

For the STM32F46 series RM0386 shows how to program FLASH_OPTCR1. Probably STM32F7 behaves to same way, but it needs to be documented!
