STM32F7 FMC controller configuration

Hello .,

I am working on STMF7 MCU , In that I need to access external Parallel bus interfaced device. I have attached Read/write cycles of the device, Can any one suggest me which mode should I configure to access this device(Mode A,B,C or D).
