STM32F446xx VDD rise time rate

I'm looking at the STM32F446xx datasheet and on page 78 it specifies a minimum ''VDD rise time rate'' of 20uS/V, whereas the maximum is infinity. I assume this means using a slower supply with a longer rise time, e.g., 40uS/V, is OK and not the other way around.

I just wanted to double check as I find the way it is written in the datasheet a bit confusing; giving a maximum rate in V/uS would be more intuitive to me.
