STM32F446 SPI transfer bit width

IMO, *to* is inappropriate here - as far as I can see, transfer width in 'F446's SPI can be only 8-bit *or* 16-bit.

    Yes, I confirm this typo. It should be '8-bit or 16-bit'

    I will report this internally to correct it in the next release of reference manual.
